You accepted a collect call on your cell phone and the text message is the invoice, payment is due.

Where do I find my Auth Code?

Your Auth Code is in the text invoice that Collect to cell sent you.

How can I get my Auth Code if I deleted the text message?

Email support@collecttocell.com and we will resend your Auth Code.

What address can I mail a check or money order to?

Collect TO Cell Inc 282 Katonah Ave suite 224 Katonah, NY 10536 (be sure to include the mobile number).

Why do I still receive txt messages after I paid my invoice?

If you paid by check or money order, please allow time for us to receive payment. Accounts are cleared 7 days a week. If you paid by check or money order, make sure that you included the mobile number or Auth Code with payment.

How soon will my account be cleared if I pay online?

Your account will be cleared within 24 hours.

Can the charges be added to my monthly cell phone bill?

No, Collect To Cell is an independent phone company and has no billing relationship with mobile providers.

Forgot to write your phone number on your check / money order?

Email us at support@collecttocell.com with your name, check / money order number, the date it was mailed, and your phone number. We will review all recent payments and match the information provided with your account to ensure the correct balance on your account.
